Terro

Privacy policy

Effective October 2026

Terro is not yet available. This site only lets you join a waitlist or send us a question. This page explains what we do with the information you send.

What we collect

Please don't include health information in your message. We aren't providing medical services yet and don't want to receive it.

How we use it

We use your email to reply to you and to tell you when Terro launches. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

What this site doesn't do

This site doesn't use advertising pixels or third-party tracking tools, and doesn't share anything about your visit with ad platforms.

Referrals

After you join, you get a personal link to share. When a friend joins the waitlist through your link, we record that your code referred them, so we can apply the planned referral discount at launch. Your browser remembers the referral code or campaign tag from the link you arrived on, for as long as the tab stays open, so we can credit it when you sign up.

Service providers

When you join the waitlist or send a message, your submission is stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account, and a form service (Web3Forms) also forwards a copy to us by email. Our hosting provider serves the site. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information or remove you from the waitlist at any time by sending a message through the form on our home page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
